My View

Every morning I weak up, go to the livingroom, open the blinds and just look at the view. 

Today I thought I would share it with you.

Day 17

Still Playing Catch-Up

In a few days I will be leaving for vacation to El Paso, TX and I will bring 3 siblings with me, back to Utah! I am so excited! The reason I till you this...I'm hoping you understand that I have been getting ready for their visit but have not forgotten about my challenge :)

Day 13

 Nathan and I got this as a wedding gift. We could not think of anywhere else to put it in our new apartment, so we thought the door would workout just fine. Cute huh?! 

Day 14

The most used item in the house. Yes it is dusty but it does get used All The Time. I thought the black and white would make it look more antique but maybe there is noting antique about an iHome. 

Day 15

Nathan wanted to go to McDonald's for dinner and that is never a place he suggest. This being another significant moment I thought it would be good to document. I got a Kids meal! 

This is my lovely toy I got with my meal. I am going to keep it so my little sister can have a little something to play with while she it here. 

Day 16

I can not say it enough, "I am so looking forward to my vacation!" I miss my family crazy bad and I am excited about my brothers and sister coming to stay with me for a little while. I keep looking at my calender! And yes it is always this marked up with work, dates with husband, friends birthdays and so on. 

Playing Catch-up

Because I was having difficulties trying to blog my last entry, I have been slacking, and I apologize. Here is an update on my pictures for the days we have missed. 

Day 12

Today, Nathan and I went to try out this new Japanese place in the mall and they had these cool sodas! Well to be honest, finding out how to open it was way better then the taste, but you can't have everything. 

Day 11

My favorite place to be is the library! I love that so many adventures can happen in just one place and it is free! 

Our library here in Provo, UT is so pretty, I had to do color and then B/W.   

Day 10

OK. OK. I know! I took this on the same day, but can you blame me?! This library is beautiful! 

Day 9

June 21 was my 3 year wedding anniversary, so my husband and I went to one of our favorite places to eat,  Zupas!

GRRRR!

 I was trying to upload my picture for yesterday but it is not letting me for some reason. So I will have to do it latter today along with the picture for today. 

I thought it was a rose...

I noticed that one of our many neighbors has a bush of flowers. I think they are roses and Nathan disagrees. What are your thoughts? 

P.S. I faded the color to make it look cool. 

Rock Canyon

Even though I had to work on Father's Day, Nathan and I were not going to let it ruin our evening. After dinner we decided to go for a hike up Rock Canyon. (Our first time to this area.) It was beautiful! Again I took a lot of photos but picked two for posting. 

I took this one right before the hike. I thought it was a gorgeous view of the mountains. 

This is a picture of the trail we followed. A little to the right is a river that ran along beside it. 

Morning at the Laundromat

Since my lovely home does not have a washer/dryer, Nathan and I go to the Laundromat about once a week or once every 2 weeks. I'm not going to lie at first it was annoying but now we look at it as another date that we get to spend good quality time together. 

P.S. I know that only one photo is needed for the post but I really liked both of them, I could not choose. 

Best Candy Ever!

I guess I can share some...

I always look forward to weekends because I get to eat anything! So of course I want to get my favorite candy! Thanks to a friend I work with, I was able to try one and since then I was hooked. 

Marital Bliss

Today I went to the water park with my husband, enjoyed the sun and cool water. On June 21 I will be married to this man for 3 years, and  have no complaints. Would you? 

Just look at him! 

The Significant Moment

Long story short, my husband and I sold our beautiful new car and got an old one so we would not have a payment anymore and have that money go towards debt. Now we have a college car that my mother-in-law lets us borrow and today we hit 100,000 Miles! Cool Beans! 

So much for working out...

My husband and I have started a workout plan about a week and a half ago and last night had no motivation whatsoever, so we went to...

The very first time I had it, I was not that impressed but I can tell it has grown on me since I started craving it at 11:30pm last night. 

P.S. I am NOT pregnant! 

Project 365

My best friend and I decided to take the challenge of taking one photo a day for a year. So here is Picture #1.

The story behind the picture.....I just recently moved to Utah and live in a beautiful house that is split up into 6 different apartments. One huge downside, we found out that there is a beehive in our fireplace that was supposedly sealed off, but some how 2 or 3 bees come through this beautiful cover into our home a day. Unacceptable? I think so.
